This Privacy Policy describes how Lead Pamp LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use Logetics (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Logetics is free to use and does not require an account. You may browse and use core features anonymously. Creating an account is optional and enables features such as saving, syncing, and personalization.
We may collect the following categories of personal information that you voluntarily provide to us:
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information from your mobile device, including:
We may receive information about you from third-party services you connect to the App, including social media platforms, analytics providers, payment processors, and advertising partners as described in this policy.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We use the following analytics, monitoring, and tracking tools to collect and analyze data about how users interact with our Services:
We currently do not display third-party advertisements within the App; however, we reserve the right to do so in the future. Our policy is written to reflect this possibility. We may use or integrate with the following advertising networks and technologies:
We and our partners may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, mobile device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your use of our Services. You may be able to control cookie settings through your device or browser settings. Please note that disabling certain tracking technologies may affect the functionality of the Services.
We use Google's Invisible reCAPTCHA service to protect against spam and abuse. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends this data to Google for analysis.
Logetics includes AI-assisted features that generate answers and summaries in response to questions you submit. When you use these features, the text of your question — together with relevant passages retrieved from our own licensed content library — is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing so that a response can be generated and returned to you.
We may use the following AI and machine learning service providers:
We do not intentionally transmit your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or payment information to AI providers as part of an AI request. However, any personal information you voluntarily type into a question or prompt will be included in that request. Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential information, or the personal information of others in questions you submit.
We may store submitted questions, generated responses, and associated metadata in order to operate the feature, maintain your history, monitor for abuse, evaluate quality, and improve the Services.
We do not sell your questions or AI interactions, and we do not authorize our AI providers to use your submissions to train their general-purpose models. Our AI providers process this data as service providers on our behalf and under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute theological, pastoral, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it. See our Terms and Conditions for additional detail.
We use the following platforms to send email communications:
By providing your email address, you may receive transactional emails necessary for your account and use of the Services. You may opt in to receive marketing emails. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us at [email protected].

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card information. Payments and donations may be processed through:
When you make a donation or purchase, the payment processor collects and processes your payment details, billing information, and transaction data directly. We may receive limited transaction information such as the amount, date, last four digits of a payment method, and any name or email you choose to provide.
Where applicable, entitlement management, receipt validation, and renewal are handled through RevenueCat. Each payment processor maintains its own privacy policy governing the handling of your financial data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the payment processors you use.

If you contact us through social media, any information you share may be collected and used as described in this policy.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
