Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Logetics mobile application (the "App") or any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Lead Pamp LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lead Pamp LLC. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Logetics, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App or via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to those changes.
Logetics may be used anonymously without an account. To access certain features of the Services, you may choose to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the account settings within the App. Upon deletion, your right to use the Services will immediately terminate. Certain information may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
The Services may allow you to create, upload, store, and share content, including text, notes, saved answers, questions, and images ("User Content"). User Content is created and stored internally within the App and is not publicly shared with other users unless a feature explicitly enables such sharing. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Lead Pamp LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and providing the Services. This license continues until you delete the User Content or your account, except where copies have been shared with others or where retention is required by law.
You agree not to submit User Content that:
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion and at any time, without prior notice and for any reason, including User Content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Logetics provides research, reference, and educational material relating to Christian theology, apologetics, comparative religion, philosophy, and history. All content within the Services — including articles, entries, summaries, citations, source excerpts, and AI-generated responses — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing in the Services constitutes theological, pastoral, spiritual, counseling, mental health, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and no pastoral, counseling, or professional relationship is created by your use of the Services. You should consult qualified professionals and your own religious leaders for guidance specific to your circumstances.
The Services present material from an explicitly Christian perspective and include analysis, critique, and discussion of the claims, texts, and teachings of other religions, worldviews, and belief systems. This material is presented for academic, historical, and apologetic study. It is not intended to disparage, harass, or incite hostility toward any person or group, and you agree not to use the Services for those purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to source, cite, and review the material presented in the Services, but we do not warrant that any content, citation, translation, attribution, or summary is complete, current, or free from error. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information — including all scripture references, quotations, source attributions, and historical claims — before relying on, republishing, or presenting it in any context.
The Services include AI-assisted features that generate answers, summaries, and related material in response to questions you submit. These features operate by retrieving passages from our licensed content library and submitting them, along with your question, to third-party AI providers for automated processing. Our use of your data in connection with these features is described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-GENERATED OUTPUT IS PRODUCED AUTOMATICALLY AND WITHOUT HUMAN REVIEW. IT MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED, MISATTRIBUTED, OR MISLEADING, AND MAY MISSTATE OR FABRICATE CITATIONS, QUOTATIONS, AND SOURCES. AI OUTPUT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE VIEWS, DOCTRINAL POSITIONS, OR ENDORSEMENT OF LEAD PAMP LLC, ITS CONTENT PARTNERS, OR ANY CITED AUTHOR OR MINISTRY.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR EVALUATING AND VERIFYING AI OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT, ACTING ON IT, OR SHARING IT. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.
You agree not to use the AI features to:
We may impose usage limits, rate limits, or fair-use restrictions on AI features at any time, and may modify, suspend, or discontinue these features in whole or in part without notice or liability.
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to the Logetics name, logo, app icon, mascot, visual design, trademarks, trade dress, typography, color systems, user interface elements, software, code, text, graphics, images, audio, video, scripts, and all other materials — are the exclusive property of Lead Pamp LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
The Logetics name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and trade dress are trademarks and service marks of Lead Pamp LLC. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our proprietary content or trademarks without our express prior written consent.
Portions of the content available through the Services are licensed from, contributed by, or attributed to third-party authors, ministries, publishers, scholars, and content partners, and portions may be drawn from public-domain or openly licensed sources. All such content remains the property of its respective owners and is used under license, permission, fair use, or applicable public-domain status.
Scripture text and other religious texts made available within the Services are provided under license from or by permission of their respective publishers and rights holders, and are subject to the terms and attribution requirements of those licenses. Attribution and source information is displayed within the App where applicable.
Citation of, quotation from, or reference to any author, ministry, organization, publisher, or work within the Services does not imply that party's endorsement of Logetics, Lead Pamp LLC, or any statement made within the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

We will review all valid DMCA Notices and respond in accordance with applicable law. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Logetics is currently provided free of charge. There is no paywall, and access to the content library and core features does not require payment. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases at any time in the future, in which case the provisions of this Section will apply to those offerings.
The Services may allow you to make voluntary donations to support the ongoing development and operation of Logetics. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

If and when Logetics offers paid subscription plans providing access to premium features, available plans and pricing will be displayed within the App and may be updated from time to time. Plans may include annual, monthly, and weekly subscription options.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You may be required to provide payment information to begin a free trial. Only one free trial is available per user per subscription type. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offerings at any time.
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases (for iOS devices) and Google Play In-App Purchases (for Android devices), as applicable, and may be managed through RevenueCat. By subscribing, you authorize us and the applicable app store to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
In addition to subscriptions, the Services may offer one-time purchases of goods, products, digital items, or other services ("One-Time Purchases"). All One-Time Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Prices for One-Time Purchases are displayed at the point of purchase and may be changed at any time.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices and the prices of any goods or services at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
You may cancel any subscription at any time through the subscription management settings in your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
All purchases are generally final and non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted directly to Google. We do not control and are not responsible for the refund policies of third-party app stores. To request a refund directly from us for other purchases, contact us at [email protected]. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and issue refunds at our sole discretion where required by law.
If you reinstall the App or use it on a new device, you may restore your prior purchases through the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App. Restore functionality is subject to the policies of the applicable app store.
We welcome your feedback, ideas, and suggestions regarding the Services ("Feedback"). If you submit Feedback to us — whether through the App, email, social media, or any other channel — you agree that:
You acknowledge that we receive many suggestions and ideas and that our own development efforts may be similar to or overlap with your Feedback without any obligation arising from that similarity.
From time to time, we may offer promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or other special offers (collectively, "Promotions") within the Services. Each Promotion will be governed by its own official rules, which will be made available at the time of the Promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between the official rules of a Promotion and these Terms, the official rules will control with respect to that Promotion.
By participating in any Promotion, you agree to:
Promotions are void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time for any reason. All decisions made by us regarding Promotions are final and binding.

The Services may integrate with, contain links to, or depend upon third-party services, platforms, websites, or applications ("Third-Party Services"), including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play, Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Anthropic, OpenAI, ActiveCampaign, Firebase, Google Analytics, PostHog, Sentry, scripture text providers, and social media platforms. We do not control Third-Party Services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, terms, or availability.
Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and is governed solely by the terms and policies of those third parties. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any Third-Party Services you use in connection with our Services. The inclusion of any link or integration does not imply our endorsement of the linked service.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEAD PAMP LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (B) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (C) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES — INCLUDING ANY CONTENT, CITATION, SOURCE ATTRIBUTION, OR AI-GENERATED OUTPUT — WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (D) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Services will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEAD PAMP LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lead Pamp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim at your own expense.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND REQUIRES ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.
Except for claims that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in a court. The arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, or by telephone or videoconference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND LEAD PAMP LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
TO THE EXTENT ANY CLAIM IS PERMITTED TO PROCEED IN COURT NOTWITHSTANDING THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT ABOVE, YOU AND LEAD PAMP LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
If you download or use Logetics through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
If you download or use Logetics through Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App. Subscription cancellations are governed by Section 8.8.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy, available within the App and at https://logeticsapp.com, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.
By using the Services or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email or through the App, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lead Pamp LLC concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Lead Pamp LLC.
